Socket error while trying to announce server

Just got a new vps, Debian 7 32bit, started my server, all plugins loaded and this got outputted.

Socket error 2 was encountered while trying to announce to master.vc-mp.ovh.

Will attempting to ping the announce server again in 150 seconds.
This is the first time I've encountered this, any help would be appreciated.

Your announce plugin is out of date. Alternatively, we messed up the packaging.
