wiki down for two months

the vcmp wiki is down for a long time. I wish contribute to wiki, about vehicle.Angle and vehicle.Rotation, etc

Nobody else have access, except @Stormeus and maybe @maxorator , so we need to wait for them.
When they return, we hope more people will gain access to avoid such things from happening again.
