Here is a video tutorial for creating Custom Stuff, and adding them to the server.

Man it asks me to go http://www.discreet.com/products/gmax/register/ to register and continue , but the link is not working :/ , and does it requires any money or something? plus what should i do now how to register :( ?

Go to http://www.turbosquid.com/registergmax/ to register your GMax, after that you'll get a serialcode you can use (yes it's free).
Guess nobody bothered to update the link in the software :P
