Out of curiosity, why do you ask for that? You don't need to touch those files except if you are trying to use them for your own...
Custom files are part of the server and their owners, besides that they are public, no one should rip them off without permission.

It's your hard drive so there's no reason for us to try and keep you from seeing what we're putting there. Two caveats though:
- Not all files may be stored on disk there, like some servers' scripts.
- Any original material created by the servers' owners is automatically their copyrighted material, so trying to reuse it without permission would allow them to issue takedowns against your host.
