From where I can download the last version of server. If there http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=870.0 then I can't understand because I have downloaded and only server32.exe and server64.exe appear

but where i can change the color?

SQLite should be loaded: [MODULE] Loaded SQLite3 for VC:MP by Stormeus.
However, it is not properly exporting its functions.
SQLite functions are not available to the scripts despite the module successfully being loaded.
My version of server is (rel003 32-bit).
