The new Evolution A/D Server, has arrived. As far as many of the players of the community know, EAD server is well-known for its quantity of events organized like EAD League or EAD Championship, very well recognized. Two teams, red and blue, one checkpoint. Defenders have the task of defending a checkpoint at all costs during rounds of 7 minutes. Places filled on vehicles are served for attackers to get to the different bases around the Vice City island fastly. You will have a set list, from which you could take a pack of weapons which fits you the most, going from the smallest weapons to the bigger ones! This is the perfect place to use your brain for making plans, tactical stuff and whatsoever. The renovation of the servers has brought a new design and a fresh start of the year for the VCMP Community.

We have moved to Java from Squirrel, with a NEW GUI SYSTEM, aiming a lot of improvement in the gameplay.

How it works?

You should use this skin to be able to heal your partners. You have to get the closest you can and use one of your two medikits by pressing left click, it'll automatically start healing your team mates.

[The Teams]

The Evolution team presents the second season of EAD Championship, which will be held in the coming weeks. The championship is a Single Elimination Tournament fought between 8 teams in the Evolution A/D server.

The Teams
The teams will be formed by 8 selected captains. Each captain will be given 100 credits, with which they have to bid against other captains to pick players in an auction.

The Applicants
To apply for the event, submit an application here. If you want to volunteer as a captain, mention that in your application. Note that, each captain has their own team. So if you plan to form a team with your friends, make sure they did not volunteer as captain themselves.
We have 8 teams, so the applications will be closed at 48 or 56 applicants.

The Captains
The management will pick 8 captains out of players who volunteered for captaincy. The criteria for selection would be:
Player has basic math skills to make bids.
Player has required IQ to understand the auction.
Player is active enough to be available for the auction.
The selection in no way reflects the player's skill level in A/D.

The Auction
The auction will be held on IRC channel, #EAD.Championship which will host the auction scripts. It is not mandatory to join the auction, but it will be interesting to watch the bid wars during the formation of teams. All captains are required to be present during the auction.
The script will call out the name of a participant, and start the timer for 60 seconds. The captain will place bids from their credits for that player. The captain with highest bid after 60 seconds, gets the player. The script will progress to the next applicant.
A detailed tutorial and demonstration will be given to captains after they are selected.

[What is EAD League?]

 
What is EAD League?
This League is based on groups where one group will be fighting against the another group in a match. The group which earns more points will be the winner. The base can be chosen by the group leader (you can only choose one base). A group/team will be defending their base twice while the opponent team will be attacking it (twice).

 
How to register for the league?
A group should consist of members starting from the range 5 to 9, which can be a mixture of same clan members with other members.

Information regarding referee
The applications for EAD League referee is open, feel free to apply on forum. Once you get selected as a referee, you will be given rights to access the referee commands in game as well as a badge in forum.
A certain amount of referee experience is required to apply.
 
If you feel that you are capable of handling a referee position, then you may apply here.

Information regarding bases
A team is supposed to select a base, the base which they chooses will be attacked by the opponent team. A team can only select one base out of 40 bases, the base chosen by a team is set for that team, which means it cannot be choosed for other teams.

Since there is none public A/D server anymore i made one for fun hopefully gonna see y'all there.
