Well, This is a upcoming the open source for Vice City: Multiplayer in video so a WTF? there are no a VCS:MP on VC:MP Engine
The GTA VCS had no multiplayer on PC only a PSP

WHY DAFUQ ARE YOU POSTING ALL THIS? This is a VCMP forum, not a VCSMP or LCMP. So, act like that. No one is going to make a VCSMP.

Maybe taking the cars and skins from the mod might be useful... ;p
