Vcmp browser error help fast

I am getting this error during installation of 04rel004

You can manually install the update by downloading the latest version from http://u04.thijn.ovh/ and unzipping it in your install folder

Go to where the browser is installed or downloads the files and remove everything in there. This was encountered before. I can't remember the exact topic.

Type this path in your explorer "%LocalAppData%\Vice City Multiplayer" and try removing files that are not "VCMPBrowser.exe", "Uninstall.exe", "vcmp-proxy.dll" or the folder "browser"which stores the configuration files.

Mainly, remove "04rel004", "04rel003" etc. folders. Incomplete .7z archives and so on.
