my server is not in internet list (VPS)

my server are in VPS server on windows systeme and i Can`t find my serwer on Internet list, I try forward port 5192 in my firewall but still didn't show in internet, can you help me please ?

You will need to configure the router too. The easiest way is turning on the DMZ with your local IP.z
