libpng16.dll failed to load

Hello,
                     I am having an error during joining any server  " libpng16.dll missing or failed to load by VCMP " .   But it is not missing I have checked it. I reinstalled game after removing all the components of VC-MP but same error appear. Then i downloaded libpng16.dll from a site and pasted there but still showing this error.

  Please tell me fixes of this problem.

Can you tell us what Windows version do you have,  and if it is 32bit or 64bit?

Also,  check this:

libpng16.dll is included with the client update (as seen here) so either something/someone deleted it or it may require the Visual Studio redistributable to be installed, located here.
