Did you guys never heard of the 000webhost story (https://www.reddit.com/r/pwned/comments/3qkdid/000webhost_hacked_13_million_accounts_leaked/)? Because they used to do the exact same thing. Thank god I'm using different passwords for all these shady communities.

"Please do not forget your password as it has been encrypted in our database and we cannot retrieve it for you."
Right at the bottom of that email.

It's something the equivalent of this in vcmp:
player.Register(WHIRLPOOL(text));
MessagePlayer("Your password: " + text, player);

Also don't blame it on us, Angle is using a forum hosting service and if it isn't encrypted (which according to them is) then it's their fault. (forumotion.com)

But still dude, you never reply the password back to the client. The moment you do that, you show weakness.

Tell that to forumotion.com, then. They are a Free Forum Hosting Provider.

So not only are they emailing passwords, they aren't open source and don't open up their database so you can see they're actually encrypted?

Why on earth would you use such a service?
