Title: Steam Error - Load Error

Steam Error

Application Load Error 5:0000065434

The game runs but when I use the client and try to connect to a server I get that error, I'm not sure what to do so any advise is appreciated.

Change gta-vc.exe to testapp.exe in browser settings
