Yes, I also did encountered this thing a while back. Eventually, I realized I was editing the files constantly and sometimes without restarting the server. Eventually, after so many changes and re-downloads. It starts to enter this crazy loop of constantly downloading a certain file. It happens at random and it's hard to reproduce it most sometimes.

It was happening to me during rel03 era. Since the dawn of rel04, I've not seen this bug, but, it's back there :D
I hate this a lot, especially when I was downloading about 10MBs and it was almost done and then, this happened and I needed to download the files again :(

nope. You need to quit the game, rejoining using the "Reconect" option doesn't seem to work.

Which is like 5 seconds more work :P

I get it, it's a bug. But I wouldn't exactly call it a big deal.

I know about /q but I prefer instant reconnect for clientscript testing :P
