yes, you're PC is better than most of vcmp.
If you will buy a better CPU you will be able to play even in modern games with good fps.
If it worked on your previous PC and you believe this one is better then why wouldn't it work on this one as well? Where's the logic in this?
Last night i played GTA V i was dissapointed after getting 45+fps on ultra. May i will be able to run vc at least 30fps

Witcher 3. It has some awesome sex scenes.
I can code clientside scripts for you that makes your vc-mp to be under 2 fps.
