Guys any one know how to change 004rel version to 003rel version thought plugin

Is needed to command /save (It can save vehicles coords), its blocked on 004rel right, thats why i want 003rel version on my server
You can easily make your own /save function. There's plenty of examples posted on the forum for saving vehicle positions, go have a search.
But how to make /save function, i am new at script
