in txd ... do you have txd for this skin? try checking name from txd in xml you might have it incorrectly spelled
how can i open txd ? sorry im completely New in 0.4

wrong format of xml you are using
well when i download the skin there's no XML File on it so i copy the xml from other skin
by the way please tell what should i do now ?
