I'm having glitch in-game. The sky is upside down. As you can see in this image.

Single Player GTA Vice City working fine.

Remove any ENB mods

i don't have any mods, i just downloaded GTA VC.

remove ddraw.dll
and d3d8.dll
as I can see you have widescreen fix.
