[Crash] Sockets04rel64 error

When I open the server I receive this error:
Plugin error >> LoadLibrary() 'plugins/sockets04rel64.dll' failed: Code 193
Failed to load plugin
all the other plugins are running fine. I redownloaded it too.
all server is 64bit.

Download and put these files inside your server folder

MSVCR100.DLL
MSVCP100.DLL

and try

Could I install new runtimes instead? If so, which year version and 64bit or 32bit?

Assumed resolved, closed. Plugin will be recompiled later to fix this properly.
