i want to make a system if player has 10000 money he can take loan of 20k  but if  he didnt pay money  in 15 days add that money in account in - stat in his account and a cmds of payloan and get loan and functions how i can do it please tell me a idea or example i will try to make if error occured i will post in that topic

Just a small thing.
You can learn something from rocky's temp ban system in the previous unofficial forums.
Make a database and store the loan in it for every player.
And before a player takes a loan again, check if he already has taken a loan or whenever a player joins check if he hasn't paid the loan from 15 days. If not then - his money.
