ON is just a tag it doesn't mean anything. Basically ON is a team following clan ideas. So it is just a tag of our team.

Not opposite of OFF. OFF and ON is one team. The original team is WK aka Russian team. ON clan is made by one of their member HunTinG and OFF is just another tag that Tom (leader of Team WK) wears.

You actually missed the previous version of topic. I had only posted current member list (mistakenly lol). Didn't add logo, forum, irc etc at the top which are now added.
