I have no idea on how do you host it now so how can I recommend you something without knowing what you're doing wrong. I've asked you how do you host your server: windows, linux (what linux?) etc. Answer that first and let's see if it leads somewhere.

There is already a VCCNR server opened, and is actually the original one, with one of the original developers: CRAST. (aka CrazySteve)
