Title: How to use sounds? (Sound ID reference)

The title is a bit dumb because I know how to use them. What I don't know is how do you get the sounds IDs? How do you know what ID plays what sound. So that's the title. I used that dumb title because most newbies will search for that instead of how to get the IDs. So it's just for future reference.
