Maybe not.
But, I recommend you to not use leaked scripts.
(Dnus and Vccnr are examples, You removed all credits from dnus and made your server -,-)

No , Who made a script should learn how to protect it if it is stolen dev's are not responsible for a stolen script.
If i don't remove the credits then? Like, I use DNUS, If i give the credits to them. That should not be illegal right?

Kinda, but if possible, you should take the owner's permission yet.
It probably wont be banned, but if it's a good idea is something else you should wonder..
