VCMP 0.4 servers doesn't work

Hello, I downloaded VCMP 0.4 browser. When I try to click on a server it doesn't work. I tried running it as admin. There is no error message. And when I click on a server it goes to the history even the game doesn't open. If anyone had like this problem please help.

If you are using Win7/Win8
Then try Open vcmp click on start, then press CTRL+ALT+DELETE click on Task manager. Go in process find gtavc.exe Kill the process. And again go in Vcmp and click start.
