Cannot Access Servers

When I Run A Server, vcmp 0.4 shows this error.
i have downloaded 1.0 version still showing this error.
can anyone please give me a link of original 1.0 version of vice city..........

Search on google a 1.0 patch for Vice City, it should solve the problem if you have 1.1 VC version.
