This error is coming from like 3 hours.

Your paths are wrong.
Download the repair_settings file from SMF's Download page (http://download.simplemachines.org/?tools) and upload it in your root folder.
Then open it in your browser.

It should tell you what paths are wrong, and should be able to fix them.

My advice: Check file ownership and permissions. And then post your PHP version here.

As for the blank page or busy database. That's what you get when you use free hosting. They limit the number of your page loads and disable your account temporarily after you reach a certain limit.

You've added TK domain in your website... Remove TK then use... I got this problem too many times to add TK in websites.

Hostinger has autoinstaller like punbb , smf,  phpbb just click them
