Error in vcmp
i install window in my pc and after this error shown
the procedure entry point Getlogicalprocessorinformation could not be located in the dynamik link library KERNEL32.dll

Is your XP service pack less then 3? meaning, is it SP2, SP1, none.

Must be SP3 at least. And up to date.

Kernel fix but a new problem
While i connect a server and my game is telling vcmp has stopped working

Most problems with connectivity or error in launcher vcmp is solved by deleting the 04beta folder that is located in %AppData%

and maybe updating the so too, with a new so you get less compatibility problems with new software and more security....
