when i download sqlite plugin of stromeus in its virus can i get virus free

Just scan your plugins with anti-virus

Those plugins are virus-free.
Make sure you download 'em from bitbucket aka the official site of the plugins

Your PC is probably full of viruses and adware then. The downloads a completely clean, your PC isn't.
