Vice City: Multiplayer

I was trying to host my server from the vps @S.L.C gave me and this error occurs.

Socket error 2 was encountered while trying to announce to master.vc-mp.ovh.

Will attempting to ping the announce server again in 150 seconds.

Everything works fine except it doesn't shows in the masterlist.
Another question: How to keep it 24/7. Any command?

Try updating the announce plugin or wait for 150 seconds or restart your server

i have this prob too but it says

announcer: master.vc-mp.org timed out while trying to reach your server; are your ports forwarded?

my port is forward

Actually the worst plugin is the announcer one.
You can search for "announcer" in the forum, I'm sure, you're going to get more than 5 results.

No it's not.
All those problems are solved by:
1. Getting a proper ISP that allows port forwarding.
2. Port forwarding.
3. Using the latest plugin.

I've yet to see an announcer problem that isn't solved by those 3 solutions.
The fact the browser doesn't show it in the internet list is another problem, since the server is actually announced properly. As my checker proves.

On topic: Make sure you use the latest plugin, and try adding announce_verbose true in your server.cfg and show the output.

My server is getting announced here:-

I have tried adding announce_verbose in my script, it doesn't help
