Search for your router and other things see there.
Else google it.
Make sure you have your firewall turned off.

You don't need software to port forward. You need to login to your router/modem and forward the port to your internal IP.
Portforward.com has guides for many router models with pictures and examples. If you can't find your answer there, you wont find it anywhere (Including here.)

Try using BOTH at once.
Else try TCP, then UDP
