Hello, I want to set someone level to OWNER permanently.
How can I do it?
We can use this/cs access #channel ADD nick levelWhat's the level code for owner?
vop = Level 2 = +
hop = Level 3 = %
op = Level 4 = @
aop = Level 5 = &
What's the code for level 6 aka owner?
/cs flags #kakan BABA sop
then
/cs flags #kakan BABA +q
use /cs flags #channelname playername +F $ /cs flags #channelname playername +*
+F means Founder of that channel, +* Owner like ~ If you give them both then he can give Owner level to anyone, If you only set +* Owner, then he can't give owner level to anyone.

I tried them, They are just temporary.
They are getting vanished whenever that player( who was owner ) rejoins the channel, he/she gets back to level 1

Ch3ck my post, it wont get vanished.
It's tested.
if you add +A in fron of an flag like AHOP instead HOP then it will auto set on rejoin +A means Automatic the ChanServ or Bot will auto set user level those have +A flag
What does this have to do with vcmp support?

Player name = BABA1
Level = Owner, so that he can give level to others too.

If all you need is for someone else to give levels to someone, you can just set him to SOP.
