In VCMP and I swim in water its possible ?? like DayDream Server
anyone know this so help me...

That's only mod loaded by server. You can not swim in any other server if the server doesn't have swimming mod. You also can not swim in Single player Vice City unless you have installed the swimming mod.

No need of swimming mod.
Just decrease teh gravity of server to swim :P

I have never tested it, can you post a video so that we can know what you're actually talking about.

Btw, we can't give you ready-made scripts.
But we can give suggestions.

Afaik, Daydream uses some kind of custom boat which's alpha is 0 to swim and it also has it's own anims.
