Why this message appears when you run : server.

THis message is showing because you did'nt forword your port if you forword your port and it successfully worked then it will not show and also show your server on masterlist.

That's not error 408. It's something else( I forgot ).
You can see the source of announcer's plugin to know what happened.( that's what from where I got to know them )
