My server always crash when someone join it. sometime when i start server after bot loads it show app crash error =/.i think its cuz of bot it is giving an error

Idk the server is working fine yesterday i didn't update any thing and next day when i start server sometime it crash or sometime give error
Now i just change the irc channel and BOOM it working lol.
