What do you mean? Resize object's what? Alpha? Size?

Actually I can elaborate, but typing with mobile is a bit hard for me.
Anyway, you can only resize the object while creating it or editing it in gmax or whatever software you use. There is a option in gmax where you can actually resize it. <- afaik

Nope, object scale isn't supported in VCMP (yet?)
