I am having some kind of problem that whenever i use Skins Provided by Muzammil or Seby They Works i Just Download 50 + Skins for GTA VC i tried to Add CM punk it has dff and txd file
This is xml file

and i created winrar archieve file and set name z200_Bat
and whenever i do /skins 200 on my server it does not change my skin
my browser is updated
Afaik, WinRAR can't create 7zip archives (.7z). You need to download the 7zip software (http://7-zip.org/download.html)

Don't use the latest 7zip because it uses a new method that VC:MP can't support. I suggest you use the 9.20 version(I installed both 9.20 and 15.0)

The new version( 9x ) works fine for me
