Good luck with the server. I remember it was one of the most populated servers, where players were enjoying the drive-by and heli-blade-killing. (they were having fun for real)
I like that they didn't disable (at least in the past) such abilities, because they are part of the game.

Since I started playing VC-MP, I noticed lots of people complaining about DB/Hunters and call their users "NOOBS"..thinking that may make them look smart and pros!
I find this ridiculous because Hunters/DB are a part of vice city and no one can deny it, maybe those people forgot that Vice city multiplayer's purpose is having fun not making a world war III and many people enjoy when they drive by or when they fly hunters, so are they supposed to stop having fun? And what if the player gets bored of some weapons like "STUBBY" is he/she supposed to stop playing vc:mp? There's even a mission in vice city single about DB and about hunter too!
