This is merely a cosmetic update which changes the loading screen to a new design and includes the Rockstar Games logos due to our acquisition. (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=2553.msg18864#msg18864) No other changes have been made to the client.

It's good that is possible to change loadscreen to the own one.
