Well, previously, I got green color for MODULE, bloue for SCRIPT and all.
But now, I can't see any colors, just the code for it.
I'm using Windows 7 currently.

The Windows console doesn't even support the ANSI codes for setting console text colors. It looks like the Squirrel module is, for whatever reason, using Linux code for console colors but compiled for Windows.
Where did you get this Squirrel module from?
Try using MinTTY. I think console colors is useless.

I think it's partly my fault that I didn't include that this topic is about a VCMP server which can't run on PowerShell( I think )

PowerShell uses windows' built-in console. It's same as that VCMP server uses.
Note: 32bit version of server.exe displays the colors.
