When I try to connect to vk server it not shows skins, and I can't chat too. But I can see other member's chats and kills too. But I can't chat. This is a problem :(

My ping was always less than 400 and I registered. But when I connect it not shows any skins. So my friend [HS]NightMare^ told me to use Hotspot shield. So, I started to use hotspot shield in Vk server but my ping is so bad then. Somethimes 500 and sometimes more than 1000.

Though, I still don't understand why @Dhrubo is facing from such a problem, I think I've seen another guy facing the same problem in @EC server then using a VPN to fix it.

As well as destroy there packets.
As well as stop the Gta:vc processes force closing their window,.

Try this trick. Restart your pc.
After it has restarted and you logged into your user account.
Go into the task manager.
Go to processes and start turning off items like skype,
Maybe you have utorrent, as well as other PC updaters,
Also Turn of your virus program temporarly all the way off officially and
continue to see if there are any more internet using hogs if there is not
turn your virus program back on and make sure there is not a heck of a
lot going on like a updater etc,.
Once you do all of this ensure you have not opened any windows what so
ever then open your VC:MP Browser and start the server VK.
After doing so your cpu has droped as well as internet hogs, so your computer
is not working so hard and destroying internet to get a server running, I had to
do this when i had dsl internet. and there were big improvements.

VKs got the highest no. of players yesterday xdd. That's their ping problem, it's higher than 600 sometimes, how does it relate to server lag?

no lol. VK.Angel.OfDeath is the owner. This problem happened to stylish in EC server, so VPN was his only way out.

If it's only that server it's either a very shitty host, a wrong location that has bad routes to you, or a shitty script that's lagging everything.

I connected for a test today *Even though I do not play. My ping was around 110 - 160 quickly back and forward not stable, but very decent.
I did notice some delay when I played, Players lagged on movements and gunshots. as well as jumping so killing was kinda complicating. I have really good internet as well 1.0 gbps ,I can retrieve the rest if needed. but never encountered any issues like the first post..

Thats the answer right there... I know of one server that is hosted by Vrocker that the host is in France, without a ping limit my ping will sometimes get around 1100. I suggest the server should take the time to find a good host location.. . New York location crashed my server randomly for Vrocker hosting... The other In uk or whatever is typically really good.

@Dhrubo You need to use VPN.
VK's doesn't lag for me at all although I from India. If someone is experiencing any issues with VK's server and dwells in India. Then it is not because of the host but because of the internet connection used and the PC's Support towards the game. Despite the fact that you have a good ping that would not prevent the lag from occurring since your PC may as well lack the requirements to run the game at a good fps. If you're experiencing frame skipping.
Then I would recommend updating your windows or your GPU driver to ensure performance. But It would be better to buy a new GPU since updating won't help you to get the best performance benefit in the game.
I don't want to VPN because if I use it my ping will bad. So, I need another way without VPN.
