This happens with my windows phone 8.1, but not in wp 10.
I think that guy should upgrade his wp from 8.1 to wp 10

There is no Google chrome for windows phone, and Kakam, I'm also an insider, I installed windows 10 many times and reverted back to 8.1 too as it is much buggier as compared to 8.1. I tried UC and Opera too.

Well, Kamran, official windows 10 is out, it's not so buggy, because I'm using it on my Father's Lumia too. It's smoother than 8.1, with many features. Try the slow ring update, that works for my lumia 520. I don't experience much lag.
It's 8th time I'm going to install Windows 10 for phones, let see if this works. Thanks.
