hi i want to ask that i noticed many hosters like Drake ect not giving port 5192/8192 why and whats the special in these ports :P
Because they're greedy. They love those ports and they wanna keep it to themselves.

Port 8192 is the default VC:MP port, and when you enter an IP address or domain like vcmp.co.uk, the server listening on port 8192 will be added.
In order to make it fair for every server that's hosted on Drake's free service they need to be on another port so that people who add the IP are required to add the correct port and know exactly what server they're adding. Or something like that...
