Title: Could not start process

I used to play mp in the past, and want to play it again but it gives this error, and yes I have set vc folder for mp, please help, I have windows 8.1 pro, I have also searched for the solution without success.

What solutions did you try? There's been multiple posts about this error.

 mainly reinstall/Install
