I have seen many people that could not set up a 0.4 server, so I made a default blank server that could help some of them.
In this archive you will find all you need to run a Windows VC:MP Server.
I have added all implemented events in the main.nut.

When i try to install it it says There appears to be a problem with the network.

I think you are talking about the (one) error that announce plugin gives. (idk the reason)
But it works for me, even with that error. I see it in the masterlist, and I can join it.
If that error shows for you too, but you can still see the server in masterlist, and you can still join to it, ignore the error.
Waiting to see some cool and featured servers releasing soon. :)

Error code 126 means File not found.
So make sure you got the plugins in the right directory with the right name.
Look at the console he'd just run the server.exe through Winrar thats why other files has not extracted

Anyway, the archive is kinda oldish. Don't really know if any plugins were updated, but the executives were for sure.

Ok...so the server is fully installed from Media fire. But the main problem is, I need complete and clean steps how to make server. How to set the port from PTCL-BB, the port 192.168.1.1 , What is the use of notepad to add something in server, i need every thing in details and a complete video how to make a darn server..

Both /bring and /goto do not work. I checked the code an I saw this in both commands:

@Stormeus plugins zip packages on wiki are not being updated or nobody is renewing the link because in package the squirrel was last time updated on 30.5.2015 but in bitbucket last change was made or 02.03.2016

Nobody knows actually, maybe it's developer's сompiler is infected but everybody using it. Just use it dealing with risk or use virtualbox/vds.
The old Squirrel plugin was being detected as an virus, but the new one is not.

It will decompile majority of any file regardless of what it is, when it does not it shows two letters, it will show at least enough text to show the file is accurate. as i can read the text and understand

The bundle is clean but the SQLite plugin is flagged by false PUP positives. Some searching shows that the malware it's flagged as has no unwanted behavior and was erroneously added, for example:

The binary also matches the debug info from when it was compiled, so it wasn't modified by a self-replicating trojan.

Pretty sure there are scripters that sets something in server.conf then cancels in script. They just keep using the plugin because they think this is the way of running a VC:MP Server.
In my opinion, people should stick to one way.

Downloaded it yesterday, everything is working fine, however I'd like to report a tiny mistake in line 83 relative to the /heal command, you put the "player" argument inside Message function which causes no message to appear and an error to show up in server console. Still great release Seby :)

check original files where you get it from, i remember that png lib has false positive before, so maybe it's same.

Changelog- default sqlite plugin was replaced by SLC's one
(there is nothing changed, but console will tell you when there is a problem with the database!) - all other plugins were replaced by the one suggested by developers
(I used to download them one by one from they github, but that was the worst idea)
PS: The new sqlite plugin is named sqlite-win32

I agree too. 2 months ago, when devs were active, I prepared a new updated blank server, but decided not to release it until updates finishes.
While they did, I also postponed it because of life problems.
Will do an update soon, so keep eyes opened!

To keep it basic, maybe work off the two characters you added to the server.conf file and add a few
Create Gui text to the left center side or right displaying:
1: Info about the spawn class? Sharks etc, Medics.
2: Spawn weapon, The weapon that class gets on spawn
3: The area the player will spawn in.
That should be more than enough

This is supposed to be a starting point for new VCMP scripts. It doesn't miss anything for starting up a server, it even has extra stuff that is not 100 % necessary.

I'm still able to download it... the only issue it is considered dangerous because http and not https.

Some antivirus softwares may find this .exe as dangerous, but they are not.
They are false positive, so you can use them freely.
Also, since the squirrel plugin got no updates yet, the new features are not yet available.
