 :edit: Because the OpenShift server doesn't allow PHP write files, I shut it down.

I see an empty page, can you tell me what shall I do to see a list of updates? :p

Set the server in your browser. The server will save the versions been checked by the browser. And download them in cron(currently every 2 minutes).
Or goto https://server/cron
