Hi guys i want to add Hydra custom plane in my server but i want to do something from which all can buy that and can spawn it at a time

What?
Just use your built in car system, it should work perfectly.
If you are using Doomplay [which is unfortunately a bit incomplete] you can use /cveh
Otherwise its usually /addcar or something.
