( i heard we can talk other players with this system ) in short its a voice chat

There is no voice chat support currently, as you can read in the above topic. If you heard someone mentioning it they were probably referring to some third party program not related to VC:MP like TeamSpeak, Discord, Skype etc.

its mean there's no function in 0.4 that communicate with our Friends (voice chat in server )
i wants basically a mobile phone system.
i.e /call , /txt , / t , /sms etc...
/call wont work because no voip
/txt will work
/t idk wut means
