Well. the LC:MP is shutdown for 0.3z it never for 0.4 but GTA: Liberty City will update to Version 3.3 in 2005-2006
After 11 Year the LC:MP will use version 3.1 in 2005

Well, you mean LCMP in VCMP? Or your dates are just pretty outdated xd?
Anyway, you should see board description too: "Only VCMP", if this is related to LCMP, then this must not be posted here.
