Firstly setup a working server with a blank script. Then download the latest editor scripts and read the ReadMe's to know where to place what and then just load the Editor.nut and you're good to go.

Open server.cfg with notepad then add at the top:- sqgamemode editor.nut
Well, like he said, read the readme's
