No one will give you such a huge script. There's a property and a map editor separately available. You may wish to download and edit them to make alike.
And too, this looks more like a copy paste of VKs.
P.S:- A real fact, even if you manage to do it, it will be slow as hell, so better don't. And if you do, a piece of advise, use arrays to store data instead of query'ng them from the database all the time.
